These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is run by Vape Emirates UAE, an online shop based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at vapeemirate@gmail.com or through our contact page. This page is also our legal notice.

Adults only

You must be 18 or over to use this website and to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are. Our courier may ask to see photo ID on delivery. If valid ID cannot be shown, the courier will not hand over the order, and we will cancel it and refund anything you have already paid.

Products and prices

• All prices are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging and colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
• If a price is obviously wrong because of an error on our website, we may correct it before your order is dispatched. We will contact you first, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.

Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in it. We email you to confirm that we have received it, and we accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the address cannot be delivered to or we cannot confirm your payment. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
• Card or bank transfer: you pay from your own banking app to the details on your order’s payment screen, quote your VE- reference and upload your receipt.

Transfer orders are held until we have checked your receipt. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours of your order, we may cancel it. Our secure payment page explains how this works.

Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only. Costs, delivery times and what happens if the courier cannot reach you are explained on our shipping and delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Using our products safely

• Our products are for adult users only. They are not intended for non-smokers, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Our products contain nicotine or are used with nicotine. Nicotine is addictive.
• Keep devices and e-liquids away from children and pets.
• Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, including for charging and storage.

Our liability

We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them safely, and we are responsible for items that are faulty or not as described, as set out in our returns policy. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product, by not following the manufacturer’s instructions, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
