How to buy
Order in a few minutes without an account, and pay cash on delivery or by card or bank transfer from your own banking app.
Ordering takes a few minutes and you do not need an account. Here is how it works.
Step by step
- Find your product. Browse the categories in our shop, or use the search bar at the top of any page.
- Choose your options. On the product page, choose a Pack where one is offered: Single for one unit, or Box for a full box at the box price. The flavours in stock are listed in the product description. Write the flavour you want in the Delivery notes box at checkout.
- Add to cart. Set the quantity and add the product to your cart. Your cart opens, so you can check it, keep shopping or go to checkout.
- Enter your details. At checkout, give your name, phone number, emirate and full address (area, street, and building or villa). The courier will call this number before delivering.
- Choose how to pay. Choose Cash on delivery to pay the courier when your order arrives, or Card / bank transfer to pay from your own banking app. Then place your order.
- Paying by card or bank transfer? A payment screen opens with the amount due, your payment reference (it starts with VE-) and our payment details: card number, bank account and IBAN, and a QR code. Pay from your banking app and quote the reference. Then upload a screenshot or PDF of the receipt on the same screen.
- Confirmation and delivery. We email you to confirm your order. Cash on delivery orders go straight to delivery. Card and bank transfer orders are confirmed and dispatched once we have checked your receipt.
Good to know
- No account needed. You can check out as a guest. If you like, you can create an account to see all your orders in one place.
- Delivery: free on orders of AED 500 or more. Otherwise it is a flat AED 30 to any emirate.
- Prices: all prices are in AED and include 5% VAT.
- Payment window: please pay for a card or bank transfer order within 24 hours. After that, the order may be cancelled.
- Closed the payment screen? Use the link in your order email, or open the order in your account, to pay and send the receipt later.
- Age: you must be 18 or over to buy from us.
