Shipping & delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We deliver within the UAE only and cannot send orders abroad.

What it costs

• Standard delivery: AED 30 per order, the same for every emirate, VAT included.
• Free delivery: on every order of AED 500 or more.

You will see the delivery charge in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 12-24 hours. This is a guide, not a guarantee: busy periods, public holidays and remote addresses can add a little time. If you pay by card or bank transfer, we send your order once we have confirmed your payment.

What the courier needs

Please give us a complete address at checkout:

• Your emirate
• Your area and street
• Your building or villa, and your flat number if you have one
• A phone number the courier can reach you on

There are no postcodes in the UAE, so you will not be asked for one. The courier calls you before delivering, which is why we need your phone number. You can add landmarks, the floor or a gate code in the Delivery notes box at checkout.

If the courier cannot reach you

If nobody answers or the address is incomplete, the courier will try once more. If that does not work either, we will get in touch to rearrange delivery. Please check your phone number and address carefully before you place your order.

Age check on delivery

We sell only to adults aged 18 and over. Our courier may ask to see photo ID before handing over your order. If you cannot show it, the courier will not hand the order over. Our terms and conditions explain what happens next.

Paying on delivery

If you chose cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the courier. All the ways to pay are explained on our secure payment page.
