This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or buy from us, why we need it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Who we are

Vape Emirates UAE is an online shop based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at vapeemirate@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and emirate, and any delivery notes you add at checkout.
• Payment receipts: if you pay by card or bank transfer, the screenshot or PDF of your receipt and any bank reference you add.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Order history: what you ordered, when, and how you paid — and, only if you chose “Accept all” in our cookie banner, how you reached our shop (for example a search engine or a social media link).
• Account: if you create one, your login details and your saved wishlist.

We do not collect card numbers, CVVs, PINs or banking passwords, and we never ask for them.

Why we use it

• To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
• To check and confirm card and bank transfer payments
• To answer your messages and to handle returns and refunds
• To keep the records that UAE VAT rules require
• To send you offers and news, but only if you have agreed to receive them
• To keep our website secure and working properly

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to:

• Our delivery courier receives your name, phone number and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
• Our website hosting provider stores the website and its data on our behalf.
• Google serves the map on our contact page, and only if you choose to load it. Like any service your browser fetches files from, it then receives your IP address.

We will also share information if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

• Order records, including payment receipts: for as long as UAE tax law requires us to keep them.
• Messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.
• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
• Account: until you ask us to delete it, apart from the order records we must keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information, except what we must keep by law
• stop sending you marketing emails

Keeping it safe

Our website uses HTTPS. Payment receipts are kept in a private area that only our staff, and you through your own order, can open. Only our team can see your order details.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to remember your choices. Our cookie policy lists every one.

Age

Our website and products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
