Secure payment
Pay cash on delivery or by transfer from your own banking app – we never ask for your card number, CVV, PIN or OTP.
There are two ways to pay, and neither of them asks you to type card details into our website.
A secure connection
Every page of our website uses HTTPS. Anything you send us, such as your address at checkout, is encrypted between your browser and our website.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Nothing is paid online. Please have the exact amount ready.
Card or bank transfer
If you choose Card / bank transfer at checkout, you pay from your own banking app, not on our website:
- After you place your order, a payment screen shows the amount due, your payment reference (it starts with VE-) and our payment details: card number, bank account and IBAN, and a QR code.
- You make the payment in your banking app and quote the reference, so we can match the payment to your order.
- You upload a screenshot or PDF of the receipt on the same screen. You can also do this later from your account, or from the link in your order email.
- Your order stays on hold until we have checked your receipt against the money we received. We then confirm your order and send it out.
If we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.
We never ask for your card details
We do not take card payments online, so our website never asks for your card number, CVV, PIN or one-time password (OTP). We will never ask for them by phone, email or chat either. If anyone asks for them in our name, do not share them, and let us know.
Pay only to the details on your order
- Pay only to the account shown on your own order’s payment screen and in your order email.
- Always quote your VE- reference, so your payment reaches the right order.
- If anything looks different, or someone sends you other payment details by message, contact us before you pay.
Your receipts stay private
We store the receipts you upload in a private area of our website, never in a public folder. Only our staff, and you through your own order, can open them. We use them only to confirm your payment. Our privacy policy has more detail.
